  • What services do you offer?
    We offer a variety of emergency, safety net services, please visit our ‘CAM Services‘ page for a list of everything we offer.
  • What is your address?
    Downtown Campus – 110 McCullough Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78215 [Mon-Thu 9:30a – 3:00p; Fri 9:30a – 11:30a]
    Northwest Campus – 5084 DeZavala Rd., San Antonio, TX 78249 [Mon-Thu 9:00a – 2:00p]
  • Do you help with rent?
    We do not help with rent, but you can call the United Way hotline by dialing 211 to let them know you need rental assistance.
  • Can I get groceries?
    Yes! You can get groceries once every 60 days. We ask that you bring with you your photo ID and proof of residency; this can be a bill with your address listed.
  • I lost my ID/Birth Certificate, can CAM Help?
    You can get help at CAM on Wed between 9:30a – 3:00p (only the first 15 people) with ID and OUT-OF-STATE Birth Certificates. IN-STATE Birth Certificates Mon-Thu 9:30a – 3:00p.
  • How often can I get help with my utility bill?
    CAM helps once every 12 months with utility bills.
  • How much does CAM pay towards my utility bill?
    We never specify an amount as it can be different for everyone. Once you come speak with an intake worker, we’ll go over your particular situation and discuss how much we can help.
  • Do I need to make an appointment to get services at CAM?
    You do not need to make an appointment to receive services at CAM. It’s a first come first served basis.
  • When can I drop off donations?
    Downtown Campus – Mon-Thu between 8:00a – 3:30p or Fri between 8:00a – 11:30a. Drive back to our CAMpassion Warehouse and someone will come out to help you.
    Northwest Campus – Mon-Thu between 9:00a – 2:00p.
